A-General Terms & Conditions ;-

 

Please check your Journey Date, time, Service, boarding  point etc.carefully before leaving Ticket

Booking Counter / proceed to Online Payment. No arguments will be accepted after issuing Offline / Online Ticket.

Please Carry your Travel Ticket  and  Photo Identity Card (Govt. Approved) compulsorily before boarding.

Ticket is not transferable in any condition.

B- Boarding  of  Passengers :-

Passengers shall report at the boarding point at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

Passengers who do not report on time will be termed as NO-SHOW / NON BOARDED passenger and will be denied boarding and not entitled for any refund of the ticket any how.

Verma Travels is not responsible If the customer waits at the wrong boarding point.

Verma Travels reserves the right to deny boarding to passengers who are under the influence of Alcohol or  owing to any misconduct of behavior/critically ill/stretcher borne.

Verma Travels reserve the right to change the Seat / Sleeper /Coach.

Verma Travels reserve the right to change the boarding point and / or uses a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.

Pets, Animals, Birds are not permitted in the coach, and if found, the passenger is bound to be alighted (get out) from coach.

C- Baggage :-

Maximum baggage allowed per passenger is 20 Kg. Excess baggage will be charged as per Verma Travel’s rules.Verma Travels reserves the right to disallow any excess baggage carried by the passengers.

 Passenger should not carry any goods like weapons, inflammables, firearms, ammunition, drugs,liquor,smuggled goods and prohibited  articles, if carried and detected than passgnger shall be left on the way with laugage.

Passengers should not keep costly/valuable lauggage  articles inside laugage carrier  or  inside the bus , if carried than it is at passenger’s own risk and Verma Travels will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damages of the goods in any condition.

D- Delay of Service :-

The arrival & departure time mentioned on the ticket are tentative timings and may change due to unforeseen events. The coach will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.

Verma Travels may delay a bus more than 2 hours without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond it’s  control and may reschedule the journey on the next Verma Travels service without any extra charge based on  the passenger’s  convenience or enable refund the ticket amount to the passengers.

The passenger will have to cancel the delayed /rescheduled service before the departure of the bus else the ticket  will become a NO-SHOW / UN BOARDED and will not be entitled for any refund after departure the bus.

Verma Travels may cancel a service without any prior notice in case of circumstances beyond its control.

Verma Travels is not responsible for the delays caused on route due to unavoidable circumstances like Traffic jams, rain, accident, breakdown and any other circumstances beyond its control.

Passengers are advised to take sufficient precaution for further  flight/ train / bus or  meeting/ conference/exam/ interview/ training/ Joining / reaching somewhere on time etc because Vrema Travels will not be responsible for all of these in any condition due to delay in scheduled arrival time.

E- Breakdowns :-

In case of coach break-down on route, management will be not responsible for any alternate transport arrangement, although management will try its best to provide another coach or vehicle (subject to availability). In case of break-down on route of a coach, proportionate refund will be paid back.

Verma Travels is not responsible for any breakdown of Audio, Video and Air conditioning equipment on route or middle of the journey. In case of AC failure, maximum Rs.200 will be refundable.

T.V. and Toilet both are free services. No complaints accepted if T.V. or Toilet not in working position.

No cancellation will be entertained on Telephone/Mobile

.Partial cancellation is not allowed. 

On journey date, journey will be not extend in any condition.

NO-SHOW / NON BOARDED passenger are not entitled for any refund of the ticket any how.

In case of change the Seat / Sleeper passenger are not entitled for any refund of the ticket any how.

No refund / compensation will be paid in any condition due to delay in scheduled arrival time.

In case of refund, Online Ticket Holder (Vermabus.com/Mobile APP/All online API (EX.Redbus/MMT/Paytm/Via.com/ABB.ETC and Wallet user ) will get refund only through online mode.

G- JURISDICATION :-      Subject to Bhopal Jurisdication  only.

Ticket cancellation Policies:
  • Less than 8 hours from the station departure time: 100 % Cancellation Charges
  • Between 8 Hrs to 12 Hrs from the station departure time: 70 % Cancellation Charges
  • Between 12 Hrs to 24 Hrs from the station departure time: 20 % Cancellation Charges
  • Between 1 to 3 days before station departure time: 10 % Cancellation Charges
